Features

Twelve modules, one platform —a complete feature index.

Every capability CloudIP ships, grouped by module. Click any module to read the full feature breakdown and use cases.

The platform

What makes it one product, not twelve apps in a wrapper

The architectural decisions that separate a real all-in-one platform from a bundle with shared login.

One database, one customer record

Modules share the same data, so the customer in CRM is the same customer Accounting invoices, E-commerce ships to, and Communications calls. No integration layer because nothing is integrated — it is one application.

One identity, one audit log

A single user model across every module. SAML/OIDC SSO, TOTP and WebAuthn MFA, and a tenant-wide audit log that records every change with actor and timestamp — exportable for SOC 2 or HIPAA evidence.

Encryption, immutability, residency

AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, immutable backup snapshots enforced at the storage layer, and seven-region US replication. Single-region tenants available for data-residency requirements.

API and webhooks on every record

Every object — invoice, contact, employee, order, ticket — has REST endpoints and webhook events. Build your own tools alongside CloudIP without breaking the audit trail.

Real-time everything

No nightly ETL. P&L, inventory, payroll, ticket queues — every report queries the live state of the database, with period locks where you need them.

US infrastructure, English support

Customer data lives in seven US regions. Documentation, billing, and support are in English; international expansion is on the public roadmap.

Why feature lists are misleading on their own

Every SaaS vendor publishes a feature checklist; most overlap in what they say and diverge in what they actually do. The interesting question is not whether a tool has "invoicing" — most do — it is whether the invoice your CRM rep generates clears the deal, posts to the GL, opens an A/R aging row, and respects the customer-group price list automatically. CloudIP does, because there is one customer record and one ledger; most stacks do not, because each tool owns its own copy.

The same logic runs through every module pair. A hire in HR opens an org-directory record, a payroll line, an SSO seat, and a CRM owner lookup — without a separate sync. A POS sale decrements e-commerce inventory, posts to the GL at cost, and updates the customer's loyalty balance — without a separate sync. Removing the integration layer is the actual feature; everything else is a consequence of it.
