CloudIP, configuredfor your contract.
Dedicated infrastructure, binding SLAs, custom recovery objectives, and hands-on disaster-recovery drills. For customers whose regulatory or contractual obligations require more than the public platform offers.
Six engagements customers ask for most
Each item below is a real engineering deliverable, not a brochure feature. Scope and pricing are tailored per engagement.
Dedicated tenant database
Your company runs on its own D1 database, isolated from the multi-tenant fleet. A bug or hot table in another tenant cannot reach your data.
Cross-cloud cold backup
Daily snapshots are mirrored to a non-Cloudflare provider — Backblaze B2 or AWS Glacier — with 7-year retention and quarterly restore validation against the secondary copy.
Private Worker namespace
Dedicated Worker instances on a private route. Bundle limits, rate limits, and deploy cadence are tuned to your workload independently of the public fleet.
Bring-your-own-key encryption
Customer-managed encryption keys with audited access. Rotation is coordinated with your security team and recorded in your immutable audit log.
Custom RPO and RTO contracts
Binding SLAs with credits for recovery objectives that exceed CloudIP’s public targets. Tenant-specific runbooks and named on-call rotations are included.
Hands-on DR drills and audits
Joint disaster-recovery drills run with your team. Compliance evidence packs prepared for HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, and customer-specific frameworks.
From first call to first drill
A predictable process. No surprises, no boilerplate.
Discovery call
A 45-minute call to understand your workload, regulatory environment, recovery objectives, and integration constraints.
Engineering proposal
A written proposal covering scope, timeline, dedicated infrastructure, contractual SLAs, and pricing.
Provisioning
Dedicated databases, Workers, and namespaces are provisioned. Migration is coordinated with your security and operations teams.
Drill and sign-off
A scripted disaster-recovery drill validates the configuration end-to-end. Sign-off is required before traffic is migrated to the dedicated environment.
Operate jointly
A named on-call rotation, monthly availability reports specific to your tenant, and quarterly drills are scheduled.
Tell us what you need
A Professional Services engineer reaches out within one business day to schedule a discovery call.
Common questions
Custom infrastructure adds operational complexity, dedicated capacity, and named on-call coverage. It only makes sense when you have a regulatory or contractual reason to require it. Most CloudIP customers do not, and we believe it is more honest to offer it as an explicit engagement than to bury its cost in everyone’s base plan.
